About this object

A circular linen skirt with a painted Native American wearing a colorful headdress outlined in sequins of vaying colors decorated the front and back of the skirt. The skirt has a double waistband of black cotton. The shorter inner waistband hooks at the waist while longer outer waistband sits on top of the inner band and ties forming a bow at the waist. Primary colors are used as well as silver metallic sequins on a beige background.
