Half hat, open frame with points, covered in off-white velvet. The leading edge is covered in a row of six, 4” flowers, overlapping slightly. The entire hat is covered by a half circle of tulle net, gathered at the back under a small single knot velvet bow in matching cream color 5.5”W, made of 1” velvet ribbon.
