Pair of blue enamel hat pins with gilded silver top slightly domed, .125”, with raised metal separations between the cobalt blue center (1.25”) diameter over a fine geometric base, surrounded by a blue/green enamel edge (.125”) wide over the same textured base. The top appears to be soldered onto a 11.5” steel pin
