Taffeta cream petticoat with pleated cream tulle knee to hem. Decorated with cotton petals and satin horizontal twisted satin ribbon sewn flat at knee level and embellished with satin ribbon with blue felt nosegay tucked behind bowknot. Interior has two bands of horizontal horsehair for stiffening and grosgrain ribbon waistband with two metal hook closures and metal centerback zipper. Worn with 2010.24.1.
