About this object

Fourth class. White metal cross pattée with swords arms enameled red outlined in black obverse center contains ermine mantle with Cyrillic monogram in script, not saint's initials. Reverse has founding date 22 September 1782, "September" misspelled in Cyrillic. The cross is suspended from wrong type black/red St. Vladimir ribbon (stripes not equal) with bowknot with brass pin.
