About this object
Both bowls are same in the Old Russian style. Tapering slightly downward to a ring foot. Near the lip is a row of yellow dots, then a broad freize with four lobes each containing an off white swan, a pink rosette with three green leaves, a stalk with a three petaled flower and four green leaves, all on a rust red ground, small blue motifs at top of lobes, and a row of small blue arches near the foot, in the bottom a circular medallion composed of avstract motifs in blue, red and yellow.
