About this object

On front of panagia is the scene of the Doubting Thomas in painted enamel in pink, green, blue, beige. There is also an inscription in Cyrillic. Rest of panagia is in silver gilt. Inside is a removable cross intended to be worn separate is so desired. It opens to hold relics. On the front in repousse is Christ on cross with IC and XC to left and right, above in a triangle inscribed against a sunburst.
