The bowl of the spoon is formed like a leaf and is in shaded green plique a jour enamel. The slender handle ends in a C. A wire representing a vine stem with a leaf twines around it. Above the leaf, and attached to the tip of the handle is a daisy in red, green, and white plique a jour enamel.
