Belgian coat-of-arms in the form of a pin. At each side is a standing lion wearing a crown. On top is a crown with a cross on the top of it. The central shield has a four part coat of arms. This stands on a flat plinth shaped like an eagle with outspread wings. At the very bottom hangs a cross.
